Adding Venues

You can set up the various venues in your community and set events at those venues.

Adding Venues

If the location or venue for your event is not in the eCMS, you are able to create that location/venue.

To create a venue for your event(s), follow the steps below:

  1. Hover over "Systems" and click on Community Assets
  2. Click on “Add New Community Asset” on the top left under “Home”
  3. Enter a name for your venue
  4. Enter a short name for the venue. Please keep in mind that this is limited to 3 characters.
  5. Click on active
  6. Click on create
  7. You’re now able to use your newly created venue when creating an event
