Adding a Photo to a User

This is a quick how-to on adding a photo to a user to display in the resident or staff directories and on some digital signage.

Add a Photo to a User

Log into the eCMS, then...

  • Click the blue “Manage Users” button on the left side of the home screen.
  • Locate the User you would like to add a photo for and select that user.
  • Scroll down on the page and click “Edit”
  • Scroll down on the page and select “Choose File” in the “Picture” section.
  • Find your photo and select “Open”
  • Click on “Update”
