I created content, but can’t find it in the list view.

Here are some Helpful Tips for Content

For this answer, I am using Community Resources. One of the more common reasons for not finding a specific piece of content you create is based on the Community/Program selector at the top of the page:

CommunityProgramSelector

You may have created the content at a different program from what you currently have the selector set. Changing your selector to the appropriate program could be your simple solution.

Other tips:

  • Search for the name in the box above the name column
    CRListView
  • Search either by the Created Date or Created By boxes above those columns
    SearchOptions
