I see a login screen on my sign, what do I do?

• The screen is likely on the lock screen, which may be asking you to “sign-in”.
• The solution would be to plug a mouse into the media player/Compute Stick and click on the “Sign In” button.
• This brings you back to a computer desktop screen. The digital sign software should boot up automatically with design and content.
• Should the sign not come back on automatically, use your mouse and double-click on the desktop icon “Content Player”.
