The popup is asking for a license key, what do I do?

NOTE: Your digital sign is currently disconnected from the internet.

  • Plug in a mouse and keyboard to the media player and reconnect to the internet.
  • Close the license key prompt.
  • Double-click the content player on the desktop to re-open your signage.
