      Video Streaming Not Working - Help

      I scheduled a video and it is not displaying.

      First, check the following:

      • in the eCMS, verify that the video is scheduled with the correct date and time.
      • If you had previously uploaded a video file, try to re-upload the file.
      • If the video is a YouTube link, confirm that you have used the proper embed link.
